Day 2: Team Heading S/SE

The difference between this year’s fleet’s track and last year’s. Wind, weather & currents play a huge part in every crossing. This year there’s been a need to head S/SE as quickly as possible as there’s a pressure system that’s going to come into play and make it jolly hard work soon.

Once that passes and if they’ve made it down enough the Trade Winda will kick in again and away they’ll go.

They’ll start slowly turning towards Antigua this evening so in the morning you’ll see a slightly different track.
